Empanelment of Resource Persons

Expression of Interest for the Selection of Resource Persons To offer support in delivering tailored guidance and capacity-building assistance to various Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) under Project SAKSHAM.

This Expression of Interest invites applications from competent and eligible individuals who wish to be empanelled and are willing to provide agreed technical assistance services as Resource Persons (RPs) on a need-based, on-call basis for the SAKSHAM project.
Please note that this empanelment is solely an expression of interest from suitable individuals and does not constitute any commitment for work or employment by SSK. Resource Persons will be engaged on a task-specific, need-based basis for the period 2026–2027.

The eligible candidates may send their Expression of Interest in the form of:

  • A covering letter

  • A latest CV along with consultancy charges

  • Deadline for submission: 25th April, 2026

Sahbhagi Shikshan Kendra (SSK) seeks quotations for establishing the URMI Entrepreneurship Centre at Japla, Palamu, Jharkhand, through procurement of machinery, raw materials, and solar infrastructure.
The centre is envisioned to empower rural communities through income generation and local enterprise development.

Sahbhagi Shikshan Kendra invites quotations for the supply, installation, and commissioning of machinery and materials for the URMI Entrepreneurship Centre at Japla, Palamu, Jharkhand.

Scope of Work:

  • Machinery for grinding/processing of sattu, gram flour (besan), and spices

  • Supply of raw materials required for operations, including roasted gram, chana dal, turmeric, coriander, and red chilli

  • Packaging materials, including 250 gm and 500 gm printed pouches (approx. 2000 kg), along with sealing and coding machines

  • Solar power system: 17 KW (TATA Solar) system with VFD, along with a 10 KW rooftop solar power system to ensure uninterrupted electricity supply for smooth and efficient operation of all machinery

Under the Gram Seva Program implemented by Sahbhagi Shikshan Kendra (SSK) in Gurua Block, Gaya District, Bihar, we invite sealed quotations from eligible suppliers for the following:

Supply Details:

  • 100 Black Bengal Goats

  • Weight: 14–16 kg (approx.)

  • Age: Approximately 10 months

  • Goats must be insured

  • Goats must be properly vaccinated with valid documentation/papers

The goats will be distributed among 50 families across 5 villages in Nadaura Gram Panchayat, Gurua Block, Gaya (Bihar).

Eligibility:
Suppliers must have prior experience in livestock supply and must ensure animal health standards and compliance with vaccination and insurance requirements.
