About the Position: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program manager to lead and manage the SAKSHAM Project supported by WHH. The position requires a committed development professional with strong experience in training, capacity building, human resource management, and project implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

In-charge of Saksham Project supported by WHH
Plan, execute, monitor and reporting of the project activities
To co-ordinate support and give inputs to the team members of the project
Team planning, supervision and performance review of the team
Liasioning with Donor as Project in-charge
Keep Director and PMU informed about the progress

Eligibility Criteria:

MSW, MPA, or Postgraduate Degree in any Social Science Discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in the development sector
Demonstrated experience in training, capacity building, human resources management, and related areas

Remuneration: 70,000 to 80,000 per month (CTC)
