Job Description – Development Professional

Sahbhagi Shikshan Kendra, a reputed civil society organization headquartered in Lucknow, is currently seeking experienced candidates in the field of capacity building for CSOs and NGOs. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in training, including designing training programs and creating training modules. Additionally, they should have a good understanding of training methodologies and be capable of facilitating training program sessions. The role involves frequent travel within UP, Bihar, Jharkhand.
Candidates with an MBA (in Rural Development), MSW, or a postgraduate degree in social sciences, with 2 to 3 years of post-qualification experience are encouraged to send their applications. Both male and female candidates can apply. Proficiency in Hindi and English will be preferred. Base location for this position shall be Lucknow.
