Empowering Muslim and SC community to have enhanced access to their rights related to equal opportunity for education and better health services

Purpose

Improved social status of Muslim and SC community in general whereas Muslim and SC girls/ women in particular with equal opportunity to quality education and better health services.

Outcome

- Ensuring non discriminatory access to resources and market opportunities to Weavers from SC and Muslim families.
- Enhanced access to government and non government programs and schemes run for
entrepreneurship and welfare of schemes.
- Discrimination free class room and school practices.
- Increase in enrolment and retention of children from SC and Muslim community .
- Encouraging active participation of women from SC and Muslim community in
decision making committees (VEC/ PTA) and in monitoring quality of teaching in class rooms.
- Discrimination free access to nutrition and health facilities for health needs of Muslim and SC households.
- Increase in eligible socially excluded household access JSY and RSBY benefits
- Increase in awareness on entitlements related to health and reproductive rights among men, women and adolescent girls of SC and Muslim community.
- 90% increase of pregnant women, lactating mothers and children 6 to 72 months
receiving supplementary nutrition regularly.
